Crystal believes that people really don’t understand how incredible they truly are. She focuses on connecting with clients to learn about their experiences, values, and goals to make sure that clients will be represented in the best way. Her experiences have led her to focus on adults and veterans, but she is well equipped to make sure that any client’s skills and experiences are highlighted in a quality way. She currently works as a Career Coach for the University of Utah, where she supports a variety of students in every stage of their career journeys.

Danielle works to make the operational side of your time working with Crystal Clear Careers seamless so that you can focus on your job search. She is happy to work with you to make sure you understand and are comfortable with the process. She loves to help any way she can. She currently works as an Operations & Finance Specialist for the University of Utah, where she has worked to create processes that are designed with efficiency in mind.
